 Reach for the bleach! The purest of blondes is back big time and if you want to be platinum, you’re gonna need some peroxide! "Bleach products today are far less damaging than they used to be, and some of the lightening products are actually really conditioning," says Mark. That said, short cuts are still the only styles that can really carry off such a powerful colour process without damage, as the hair is trimmed so regularly. It goes without saying that this look is high maintenance but don’t be afraid of a bit of punky root — it'll give your shade an extra edge.

Copper + candy pink
 Flash the clash with hot red hair and powerful pink lips. A demi-permanent all-over colour will achieve this high-shine copper, that looks simply stunning with porcelain-pale skin.
