Letters to the Editor
For the 20-something
 I picked up the December issue of Hair (I noticed this
is how you write the name of your magazine) and
was quite impressed. Till date, I never knew that such
a specialised magazine existed and I hope to read the
forthcoming issues as well. Whenever I visit my salon,
I do see 20-year-olds coming in, after having spoiled
their tresses by attempting to straighten, curl or cut
fringes at home, or after having tried a particular
hairstyle just because their best friend/boyfriend
asked them to. That’s why, I found the article ‘Diary
of a 20-something’ by Kanishka Ramchandani very
useful. It was written in a
style that would appeal
to this age group and will
help them avoid
hair mistakes.

A New me!
 Hair has made my
life so much easier. It
has made shopping
for beauty products
so simple that I
can’t wait to hit the
mall and shop as
much as I can. I am
a complete beauty
freak! I love stocking
up latest make-up
products and trying out trendy looks, be it make-up for the eyes
and lips or new hairdos. I have totally reinvented my look for this
season. Thanks for the tips that are featured with each product; Hair
will always be my beauty guide. Besides all the great articles,
the one thing that caught my eye were the features on glam
hairstyles. The make-up and hairdos look elegant and edgy and
drive us to try something new with our styles. I look forward to
more such hair and beauty pages. Keep up the good work!

 Haircare guide
I’ve recently started reading hair and I’m amazed by
the magazine’s content. I love the tips that you give
for a good haircare routine. Also, I love the hairstyles
featured in the magazine. I blow-dry my hair regularly
and have started noticing a change for the worse in
my hair texture. Now, I am confused about which heat
protection products to use. Also, I want to curl my
hair, but don’t know which
tools to use. I’ve heard of
curling wands and rollers,
but I am not aware of the
difference between them. I
am hoping you would have
an article about curling one’s
hair, different types of curls
and the tools needed/used to
create them.
